This roadside cache should be easy if you know what you are looking for, if not- you're screwed.
Enjoy the gorgeous new QHWD is building next door. The previous location served the District for 61 years and this Operations Center and Maintenance Facility was built to beat that. If you come make this find, feel free to come by the office and ask for palmdalepea. I have stickers and pencils. This location is busy, but if you avoid school traffic you should be able to make the grab quickly, without muggle observation. Bring your tweezers and a pen. Coordinates are NOT exact on this one, but the title should tell you where to go.
