The landcape of the upper Mckenzie basin near Twizel has recently taken a massive change with the introduction of irrigation. Wide strips of land adjacient to SH 8 are now a bright green in stark contrast to the normal arid brown landscape. A look at the area via good maps gives you a some idea of the transformation. This cache is a pill container with log only, bring your own pen. It should be a simple park and grab.
