Flatland Reviewer: Sounds like we have worn out our welcome in this neighborhood. Although the public has the right of way on roads it does not give us permission to leave anything there.
As a landowner in Kansas you own the center of the road, even though there is a public right of way for traveling. It's in the best interest of the geocaching community that we respect the rights of landowners.
