A short wander down an old road to an unexpected view point of the city and the Grouse Mountain Peak.
This cache is located along the old mountain highway, which leads all the way around to the Grouse ski runs. It is accessed from Mountain Highway off the 6th switchback. You can either ride a bike up to this point, or hike up one of the numerous trails from the Baden Powell Trail. The trail into the cache is in good condition and easy to follow. The location is a great spot to stop and enjoy the view and have a picnic! April 3/16-I placed a brand new cache container with a travel bug in it. The trail is in great condition and we cleared it until we hit snow.
