The Old Moldy Travel Bug Depot saw action in Northeast Florida for several years. When we moved away we collected all of our POCs (Personally Owned Caches) and deactivated them. That’s how it works, see. Some of the containers were still serviceable, like this one, so we are doing some recycling. The location is not old and moldy, but the container sort of is. It is large enough for large trade items, and of course Travel Bugs.
This cache is located in the Masso Reservoir Nature Park, and is easily accessible. You may be able to drive right up to it, but if the chain-gate is up, no worries, you can walk to it easily. Mrs. Booney did it in flip-flops. It is a pleasant walk, and a pretty cool place. There are lots of frogs and a few birds as well. Check out the nature trail signs and have a good time.
We are starting it off with several items (gotta keep the kids interested), but no Travel Bugs yet. So come on in to the Old Moldy Travel Bug Depot and get it started!
Also, be sure and visit the nearby Guam Veteran’s Cemetery. It’ll do ya good. You can find “Honoring Our Veterans” and “Fallen but not Forgotten” caches while you are at it.
Finally, please place the cache exactly as found. Sure, we all say that, but it really does matter. Especially when it is so close to the trail. ;0)

(yes, definitely bring your own pen, sorry FTF'rs, we forgot!)
