We hebben thuis een houtkachel. Samen met mijn vader en opa moet ik elke zomer veel hout zagen en kloven om het in de winter weer lekker warm te hebben. Voordat het hout in de kachel ligt heb je het wel 7 keer in je handen, de boom moet gezaagd worden, vervoerd worden, dan de boom in stukken zagen, de plakken hout kloven, het gekloofde hout te drogen leggen, het hout ophalen voor je kachel en dan het hout in je kachel gooien. Dus je hebt het al warm voordat de kachel aan gaat. Omdat ik zo vaak met het hout bezig ben heb ik hier een leuke cache van gemaakt. Er is ruimte voor coins of kleine TB's.
[ENG] At home we have a woodstove. Together with my father and grandfather I have to saw and split a lot of wood every summer to have a nice warm home in the winter. Before the wood is ready for the woodstove, it will pass your hands 7 times, the tree has to be cut, transported, sawed in pieces, the pieces need to be splitted, you have to dry it, you have to pick it up to bring it home and at last you have to throw it in the woodstove. So you’ll be warm before the woodstove is on. Because I’m often so busy with this wood I made a nice cache of it. There is some space for coins or small travelbugs. By the way, the title of the cache is a song little children sing.
