Welcome to Espanola!
We're from SSM in the cold north of Ontario and we travel to and from southern Ontario fairly often. While we're driving, we usually stop in a few different towns along the highway for gas or treats or bathroom breaks, so we figured we'd hide a cache in each of these areas for other travellers to find!
This container is a medium sized cammo'd plastic jar full of tradeable items. Pull into the entrance for the gas station and restaurant and you will be able to pull up and park approx. 10 meters from the cache location. We hid it while there was a LOT of snow on the ground so we made it sort of winter friendly by hanging it up out of the snow. When you are finished with this one and if you are traveling south, you can pick up one more of ours near French River. If you are driving in the other direction - don't forget to grab the Elliot lake turnoff, Desbarat, Bruce Mines and Echo bay ones!
We will be placing others along the Northern Ontario highway but for now, we have these five hidden.
