Often times, akgh519 and coloReido find themselves unattended on the trail. With hours to discuss geocaching, a list has been started of cache hides and titles. Sometimes while bushwhacking through thick foliage on steep terrain, we wonder if anyone will attempt our caches... Who would do this?!
This particular cache is a product of about four months of discussion, scouting, trial and error, and finally, placement. Potter Marsh, located in South Anchorage, is popular spot for bird watchers and wildlife viewers. Their numbers are especially high as the migratory birds pass through in the spring and fall. Various waterfowl, swallows, bald eagles, moose, and salmon are commonly seen. On one such visit, akgh519 and coloReido spotted a river otter!
Previous caches on this very worthy boardwalk have often fallen victim to being 'muggled'. With this type of history, the ETs decided to take on the challenge of placing a cache here that will withstand the test of time and muggles. Please exercise stealth when attempting all of the caches located on the boardwalk, and hopefully you will find the hides here worthy of the rare ET town hide
