This cache is relatively easy. There is no need to step on to the grass or enter the properties. I am aware the cords may look in the front yard but that was as close as I could get. (It's not in the tree that would be awesone to place one in.)
This cache is hidden in the Historic Railroad District. If you look around on the streets in this area you will find steps that would allow you to get in the carriages. There are also rings in the walkways thet were used to tie up the horses. If you look up and down the street while standing at the cache you may notice that there is only one free standing mailbox. I have been informed this is because the mail slot on the door is to low.
Cental Washington University is located just down the street. It is a beautiful campus. Take a walk down there, look around and find the other caches hid there.
