Come one, come all to the Granite Belt for a weekend of social caching!
Bring your van, motor home, tent or otherwise for 1 to 4 days of caching and catching up. You are welcome to come on the Friday and stay until Monday, we have acreage to park your vans etc on site, just let us know if you'd like to stay on our property.
Stanthorpe, in the Granite Belt is known as a major apple producing area. There are 55 wineries, a lavender farm, cheese factory.
Saturday night BBQ, please BYO meat, drinks and salads. Soup will be provided.
Those who have facilities for showers it would be appreciated as our water supply is limited. A port-a-loo will be provided.
Bring lots of warm clothes as the temperature in Stanthorpe over winter will likely drop below freezing. There will be heaters and fires at the venue to help everyone stay toasty.
Please try to be here by 3.30pm on Saturday as we will be having a mystery draw for some FTF's for cache teams as well as numerous other 'no expense spared' prizes.
4pm meeting for swaps, followed by the BBQ and chatter into the night.
Please let us know whether you are staying here or have made alternate arrangements.
We need to know numbers for catering so please log your 'Will Attend' as soon as you can.
