This is a Cache and Dash hidden in a traditional way. When Penny's mom and dad lived there, the apartments were called the Mt. Royal Towers. Although nice, they were not considered to be "luxury" in any particular way. Don't know whether they have really been upgraded or just terminology inflation. They did offer a great view..... at least of the parkway and slag heaps below! People never quite knew where they were located but if we told them that they were the apartments that you can see on the hill to the right when on the inbound parkway east just before going through the Squirrel Hill tunnels, everyone knew what we were talking about.
Although you will be out of sight of the apartment building, watch out for cars coming in or out and exercise stealth. BYOP Hope you enjoy one for the numbers.
