Geocache Description:

PP is pretty pertinent to this public property, non puzzle, Geocache.  People will possibly want to search the trees, IT IS NOT THERE.  People will possibly want to park and grab . . . good luck.  People will probably want to pay close attention to the proximity to the target.  Your proximity is approximately 10 to 15 feet away from the target.  You should be standing looking west into the forest toward blacktop  All you have to do is properly place yourself and look.  Coords may be a bit bouncy due to tree coverage. All the information you need to find the cache is right there.

Make no mistake, the cache is always in site but never seen.  (I borrowed this hint)
