There is no need to cross the road/bridge or be on/under the road/bridge at all. The cache is not here. This bridge is bustling with buses full of bees, so please be careful. The best parking spot is at the Animal Control & Care Facility on the west side of the river. Stay on the south side of Royce and the west side of the river...if you like living. Swim at your own peril, but know, no booty to plunder here.
