I have taken over this cache from Team Brockway since this cache is in my hood and I have been keeping an eye on it.
The cache was originally called "Team Brockway B.B." Since I have taken this cache over, I am changing the name and making a major modification on the hide is itself. I am updating the cache page as well.
This cache is hidden in Cascade Park in the Cascade Vista /Tiffany Park neighborhood. This area as well as the park, were in unincorporated King County until about 12 years ago when the City of Renton annexed this area. The Cascade Park is now part of Renton city parks. The city has done quite a lot to this park over the years and I have to say the city has done a better job of taking care of this park than the county did. The City recently made the park bigger when it purchased a house on the south side of the park, tore it down and made the park a little bigger in the process.
Enough with the history lesson. As the cache goes, its located near the north entrance to the park. There is parking close by to the cache. You can access it either from the gas line right-of-way OR from the park itself. Please refrain from searching for this cache during night time hours. This cache is technically in a Renton City park and therefore the city park rules apply. The hint should be of assistance if you cant find it.
