Phone-A-Friend #2 Mystery Cache

Most of us have done it at least once others have done it alot more than that and that is the dreaded Phone-A-Friend call. When there seems to be no places left to look then there is always the last resort of a Phone-A-Friend call to satisfy the mind that you haven't wasted 30 minutes looking for something that has gone missing or also it could confirm that indeed the cache has been muggled. The Phone call could be as simple as a quick clue to narrow down your potential search area or a straight out spoiler as to where it is but sometimes this could be the only way that you could find it and save the Drive back in the future.

Well this is all good when you are in your own country and state and know a large portion of the community but what to do when you are caching internationally it makes things that much harder to ring people. There are even several caches that do require the help of a person in another country to assist you with a waypoint to a cache or information that is located outside of the country.
