Geocache Description:

International CITO Weekend Fairbanks, Alaska.

Who:  Any geocacher in the Fairbanks North Star Borough on the day of the event.

What:  CITO. Come help clean up the area and have a picnic afterwards.

When:  Saturday, April 20, 2013. 11:00 am till 2:00pm or longer depending upon how much fun we are having!

Where:  Pioneer Park parking area next to Chena River


International CITO Weekend. Fairbanks area geocachers can get together to clean the rivers edge, Pioneer Park, and Peger Rd area.  We will have a picnic after the clean up.  Yes, there will be snow, but we all know how much trash is hiding in those layers of snow. Come prepared to get wet and dirty and have fun. Someone might even start a snowball fight!  Bags and gloves will be provided.  We will have hot dogs available for the picnic, please plan on bringing a side dish to share with the other geocachers. Please let us know what side dish you are bringing so we can plan accordingly.
