Geocache Description:


This is one cache in a series of 10 being placed in honour of the Dewey Decimal System. (They are not being released in numerical order.) You can take the girl out of the library, but you can't take the library out of the girl! Each cache has a theme, which is reflected in the Dewey number it has been given. I am not assigning cutter numbers or subject headings. ;)

796 is the Dewey number for "Athletic and outdoor sports and games". This seems to be the acknowledged best fit for the sport/game of geocaching! While the level of athleticism may vary, it is nearly always outdoors - and we are a hardy bunch who are not deterred by a little mud, snow, rain, mosquitoes, deer... or even a lake or mountain!

DO NOT park on Castledowns Road to claim this cache. There is much safer parking a short walk from the cache location.

This cache contains a smaller cache as a FTF prize. Please let me know when you hide it - good luck!
