Just a quick in and out at one of the many gas stations along Sukhimvit Rd, hence the name Jiffy. It's conveniently located for southbound traffic when heading from Bkk or Chonbur towards Pattaya.
Here you can stop for gas, use a restroom, buy a coffee or just look for cache (smiley). Not quite sure about it being "Wheelchair Friendly". It might require going up a curb or not but I think it would require some 4 wheel'n. Stepping stones about 8 inches apart.and loose rocks inbetween. But only for about 6 - 8 meters.
