ACT 1000 Club No. 10 Mystery Cache

Sol de lune: Time for this series to go. With the advent of the ‘power trail’, the goal of finding 1000 caches can now be achieved over a good weekend. With that in mind, coupled with the fact that not all cachers stats are available to be found, the relevance of the series is diminished.

Thanks to all found who the cache, which has now been collected and removed…

It’s been a while since the last ACT 1000 Club caches was published, and with so many cachers hitting the 1000 mark, I now have another couple of caches for the series. In this cache, the newest members of the ACT 1000 Club, in no particular, are:

Fraggle_Rock
CS Family
Shadow!
Trainee Diplomat
VikingOlly, and
Awesome Princess

To find this cache, which is located at South 35 21.ABC & East 149 08.DEF, all you need do is answer a question about the new club member’s 1000th cache find. There are a couple of ways to find which cache was the 1000th find….the information given below may assist.

Trainee Diplomat made his 1000th in the first 3 months of 2013……………… and it was someone’s first.

A = Last number in the GC code.

csfamily have been caching (as a family) since Oct 2007, so it’s great to see they have made their 1000th find. The find was made during Easter 2013 on a cache by a………………neighbour.

B = The second number in the GC code.

Shadow!

Another long time cacher, Shadow! Also made her 1000th find over Easter 2013……..on a cache about 100 k’s from Canberra.

C = Month the 1000th cache was placed (-1)

Another Easter weekend 1000th find, this time here in Canberra, although the name of the cache could indicate somewhere else.

A different find to that of the one above, but it was a pretty Ernst….and was found in the last month of summer 2013.

F = Sum of the first 2 numbers in the GC Code, MINUS 2
