Geocache Description:

Welcome to muggle-town...  There really isn't a good time of day to find this cache.. You're gonna have to use your ninja skills to sneak up on this one while nobody is looking.  Maybe you can set up a diversion.  Have a Co-cacher bark like a dog in the corner of the parking lot.  That outta buy you some time.   The cache is small, and i'll try to keep it stocked with ONE take-able item.
