The cache IS at the listed coordinates and should be a very easy find. In order to claim a find, you must find a cache on 365 consecutive days! Send or post a screen shot of your statistics if they are not public.
Is this easy? NO!! (hence the 5* rating)! Impossible? Maybe for some (go right ahead and "ignore"!), but if you start as a newer cacher, move to a new city, or are retired and like to travel, it may not be so difficult! My own caching streak runs from June '11 to Nov. '12. I started due to a "100 day" challenge cache somewhere in NY state that I still have not looked for. After that I just kept going and quit at day 501 when I decided I'd like to go out to lunch with some friends instead of driving 30 miles round-trip for a single find. I know several people who have or had very long streaks going and know that this is quite an accomplishment. If you are one of them, this cache is dedicated to you.
It's a park and grab. You will know where it is as soon as you get close to it! Watch for muggles during business hours. You may notice that the log I placed inside is titled "500 day challenge cache" as that was going to be the requirement at 1st, but I decided to make it just a LITTLE easier!
