Caledonian Park stretches through Ballan following the Werribee River, with walking paths and maybe even a platypus. Part of the park is a lead free area for dogs. There is a cute rickety metal walking bridge over the other side of the road. You may like to go for a wander and try and find it!
Nearby there is a BBQ area.
There is a playground for the geokids, a swimming pool in the summer months, and a golf course for those who feel that following after a little white ball is an enjoyable form of exercise. Personally I prefer geocaching!
There are public toilets over near the pool. This cache is to replace nearby "GC1N1NC Was it a house??" which has had to be archived due to muggle activity. Hopefully you will still be able to see the stone wall, which was once part of a mill race...not a house!
You are looking for a small bison. Please be very wary of muggles nearby. This is a popular local area. As always, please replace the cache as you find it. Good luck!
