Explorers Wanted! Join the Adler Planetarium in exploring space. The event will be at the Adler on Saturday June 8 at 8:30 a.m. and run approximately one hour. During the event admission to the Adler is free and guests can peruse our "Our Solar System" exhibition. There will be raffle prizes for geocaching swag, including one grand prize.
After the event, there is an optional scavenger hunt of the Solar System, where a total of nine caches representing eight planets and the Voyager spacecraft can be found. Each cache location is scaled to Solar System distances with the Adler representing the Sun, so the final cache will require a bit of traveling. For those that want to stay close by, there are still plenty of caches to find!
So come, have fun, learn, but most of all explore!
