Geocache Description:

The third installment of the World's Worst series!

So, we picked this location because even though we all used to have birthdays and parties here, it is now deserted and kind of an eyesore. Maybe in the future this place may be something new, but right now its just a deserted skating rink. Ftf will find $1 and usual bragging rights. Hint will be given if needed in future.
