A régi Bocskai Laktanya vagy korábbi nevén, Ferenc József Pavilon főépülete a 18-19. században épült. A szovjetek kivonulása után a terület épületeinek többségét felújították és hasznosították. A főépület bal szárnya szépen felújított, de a jobb oldal még felújításra szorul. A főépületben található a Debreceni Egyetem – Kossuth Lajos Gyakorló Gimnáziuma, a laktanya többi épületében kaptak helyet a KSH Debreceni főosztálya és Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal Észak-alföldi Regionális Adó Főigazgatósága.

The former military campus Bocskai’s main building was built in century 18-19. After the extraction of the Soviet army, the buildings were restored and utilized. The left side of the main building is nicely restored, but the right side still needs the renew. In the restored main building can be found the University of Debrecen – Kossuth Lajos High School. In the other objects of the military campus you can find Hungarian Central Statistical Office Debrecen and National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary Northern Great Plain Regional Directorate as well.
