The cache is an ammo box. Someone needed an ammo box. I have replaced with a small lock and lock. Not so tempting.
The Dean River renowned for its prime fly fishing starts in Nimpo Lake flowing out as a small stream. It begins to meander slowly to the northwest and into nearby Anahim Lake. It then continues onward past Abuntlet and Lessard Lake towards Tweedsmuir Provincial Park. . The bridge hosts many onlookers during the annual Anahim Lake Canoe races.
The cache is just off the main highway, easily accessible with plenty of parking. Watch the rainbow trout lazily swimming in the river.
