gpsfun: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Geocache Description:


Three Strikes


This cache will take you on a stroll around the seldom used baseball fields. The fields themselves are sometimes locked, but to get this cache, you will not need entrance to those areas. Cache is located outside of any potential locked areas.

Use the coordinates on the cache page as the starting point. You will find coordinates to take you to the subsequent stages.

The coordinates for all stages have been averaged over several outings in the park. Even with that, the tree cover may still make the coordinates bounce.

The final for this cache is a regular size container - a clear lock and lock. There is plenty of room for trade items.

Cache has been placed with permission of the park supervisor.

Do not go to the area just north of the trail. That area is private property, and there are signs posted. All areas of the cache are within the park and not on the private property!

Please note that the park is open from dawn to dusk.
