Watt's Underneath? Traditional Cache

Eventually, this will be part of a series I hope to start along Watt Avenue, with each name using a play on words. Access for this cache is the Watt Avenue River Access or the American River Bike Trail. Watt Access closes at night but if you come via the bike trail it should be open any time. Please do not think it's out in the road on Watt, you won't find it there :)
You're looking for a camoed pill bottle. I've placed it in a place that I think will be safe from the high waters of the river later in the year, but if the coordinates start to point into the river, please let me know and I will place the cache on higher ground. This location should be fine though. Coordinates could be a problem at this site too because of the cover, but use the hint if needed. This is a log only cache so BYOP. Comfortable shoes might be a plus too. Be sure to replace as found, and most importantly, have fun!
