Geocache Description:


This Foundation Stone was laid by Mrs JM Hunter in January 1901. The stone was uncovered while digging the foundation for the construction of the Roma Bungil Cultural Community Centre. The stone was restored and re-erected to preserve the history surrounding the stone which commemorates the establishment of the Commonwealth of Australia. Watch out for muggles - SOME WINDOWS DO HAVE EYES.Cache can only hold a book and pencil. If you are going to find this one and have time,please try to do it after/before work hour and weekends. This one has been told to the CEO of the MRC - just be careful about the garden area.
