The Garden City is located on the West side of road Böszörményi, next to New Garden. It was the former fairground. In the 1950s, severel room-kitchen houses were built in the first phase, because so many houses were destroyed during the war. Today, the city's flagship residential areas.

A Böszörményi út nyugati oldalán, az Újkert mellett terült el, az egykori baromvásártér helyén. Az 1950-es években egyszoba-konyhás sorházakból épült városrész, mely a háború utánii lakásínség enyhítésének első ütemében készült. Ma a város kiemelt lakóövezete.
