The cache is located in a small, rugged barranco, the barranco flows into the large Barranco de Los Molinos. The route to the cache from the parking place involves an easy walk down into the Barranco de Los Molinos. It is an ideal walk to further explore this part of this barranco. The site of the cache is extremely peaceful and isolated.
The terrain from the parking place to the cache has the usual rock covering but with only a short descent into the large barranco it is a suitable walk for children under supervision. Although walking shoes are preferable, the walk can easily be managed in stoutly soled trainers.
Please ensure that the cache is replaced exactly where it was found, the lid is secures, the cache is wedged into the "cave" and covered with the rocks. Do not think about moving the cache lower down the barranco, it will be washed away in the rain.
As with all walking in Fuerteventura, because of the rocky terrain, ALWAYS look where you place your feet, if you wish to admire the scenery, stop walking and plant your feet securely.
