The gist of it:
1) Log and find 1 cache from each city that HWY 494 runs through or boarders.
2) All cache types are allowed.
3) All previous finds do count.
4) To prove you fullfilled the requirements, List caches and cities in a manner I can verify. I.E bookmark list, screen shot with list or just list them in your log, etc.
5) Also note: If you do my 694 Challenge, you will need to find a separate cache for that find for the cities of Maple Grove and Maplewood.

The terrain rating is for the distance needed to get all the cache's. The difficulty rating will be as hard as you make it, with the caches you find to qualify. Actual rating at GZ is 1.5/2

Richfield, Eagan, Mendota Heights
Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul
Maplewood, Newport, Woodbury
As of 6/19/13, Sunfish Lake will no longer be needed to qualify for this cache.
