Located near the Erie Bayfront Connector Bike Path, this cache is part of a series known as the EGBT. This paved trail begins near I-90 and will take the traveler to Frontier Park, and beyond. While you are here you may want to visit nearby Penn State Behrend's picturesque campus.
Grammyannie enjoyed finding and hiding caches. She had a prefered container, and this is similar.
My first meeting of grammyannie was spotting her, on a cold Winter's day standing in a snow bank near a driveway. My first thought was who had let this lady off in a snow bank. She had topped that snow pile and was searching for a geocache ... I should have known.
Grammyannie passed away after a car accident. She is gone, but memories of her still bring a smile to my face.
