The nano cache is on the back road that runs Under Skiddaw. The location is near Oakfield House. This building was built in 1850 on the site of a former farm house. In 1883 Oakfield Estate was bought by Mrs Ballantine Dykes for £7,000 and she renamed it the Red House. It then became the Red House Hotel in 1945, which was run in various guises until 1998 when it was split into apartments & cottages. It was renamed Oakfield House.
This is very easy to find and is located next to the road. It can be done as a drive-by. When you located the nano, be careful not to drop it in the bushes.
