Zombie Apocalypse - Choose Your Own Adventure Multi-Cache
JustinJoy: This multi cache was a lot of fun to set up, but I think it would work much better as a where go instead, with fewer physical containers to maintain.

A zombie virus has spread! It is up to you to decide how you will act, and whether you will wind up dead, as a zombie, or being a hero or the savior of mankind!
Congratulations to siff for First Zombie! Congratulations to estrek for First to die! Congratulations to One Kind Word and kaiwarrior for the First Saviors of Mankind! And Congratulations to Team Sticky Pine for being the First Hero!
This multi-cache is slightly different. Upon finding the first cache, you will see that there are 2 different sets of coordinates that you can go to. Simply choose one set of coordinates based on what choice you would make during the story, and go there. Most of the caches will have multiple coordinate sets to follow, and each time you get to choose your own adventure. When you find a cache that has a yellow story paper but no more coordinates, that means you have reached the end of the adventure! This may be after only 3 caches, or it may be after as many as 6, depending on the choices you make.
Before you begin this multi-cache, here are some rules/ suggestions/ things you should know:
1) This is a cache that you will need a vehicle for, as it will take you around Loveland and Fort Collins. Don't count on being able to walk from one point to the next.
2) This cache will probably take the better part of an afternoon, so plan accordingly. However, you don't have to do the entire adventure at once, so feel free to spread it out over a few days if you need to.
3) Each location will have a physical container (size film canister - medium supplement bottle) with a logbook (bring your own pencil!) and a laminated yellow piece of paper. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE YELLOW PAPER! This is where the story is written and also where the coordinates are for the next location(s).
4) When you log your find, it would be fun if everyone would put in the comments what their fate is. Don't give too much away, for instance simply say 'I am a zombie!'
5) Because you get to choose your own adventure, there are many possible outcomes. We will credit 4 FTFs for this cache, one for each of the following:
First to become a zombie
First to die
First to become a hero
First to become the savior of mankind
Note however, that there is more than one way to accomplish each of these; just because you are the first to sign the logbook in the end cache does not necessarily mean you are the first to reach that fate. I will credit these based on the first to note their fate here on the website.
6) If any of the containers needs maintenance, please include the North coordinates (and not the West coordinates) in your comment, so that we won't have to check every single placed cache container.
7) Have lots of fun with this cache! This is the first one we have hidden (a little over-ambitious, maybe?) and we would love any feedback. Feel free to go back and try it again if you want to find a different fate just for fun.
8) One last thing: because of the way this cache is placed, it may not be wise to place trackable items, even though some of the containers are large enough to hold them.
I have changed the difficulty of the cache to a 3, due to the time it takes to complete the adventure (seems to be around 2 or 3 hours). However, each individual container should be relatively easy to find, hopefully about a 1 to 1.5.
