Geocache Description:

A new geocache in the Urbana District Park series.

The cache is a small Pelican container. There is no writing implement in the cache. The $5 bill inside the cache is not for FTF, but instead is for the first person who leaves a small pen or pencil inside. The first one to find the cache just gets the admiration and esteem of all his/her peers (plus $5 if they add a pen or pencil).
