This virtual cache is located in public park, easily accessible by
all.
Even though I wasn't the first to come up with a virtual cache in
this area, it is the first cache I am "hiding" so I am
understandably excited about it.
In order to get credit for this cache, check out the center
circular structure which provides a rich history. You will then
need to e-mail me what is written (the first sentence) under the
year 1956. Please do not post (even encrypted) the answer here.

[12-05-07 Update: I just received an emailed cache find notification from someone from 10-2006, so if you sent an email notifying me that you had found the cache, and I never responded, it's because I am still waiting for the email.
