Car accident?
Exploring some of the old roads in the area, I came across this place. It seems there has been a car accident quite a while ago.
What happened is not very clear. It is a bit of a strange situation. My best guess is that the driver tried to avoid a monkey crossing the road, and lost control of the car.

Take MTR to Tai Wai, from there it's about an hour walk. Or 3/4 hour if you take the minibus to Mei Tin Estate. Or 30 minutes if you take a taxi from there to the dam (reference point TAXI).
