Easy cache to find. Folks pass by this every day and may not know
much about it. A state marker should help lead the way even if you
can't read your GPS.
Read the various signage and other monuments to find out who
presented the mortar to the Franklin Woman's Club and the date the
monument was placed (this is the tricky part and may take some
doing to find). The coordinates are for a National Survey Geodetic
marker near where the answers may be found.
