Along the banks of the South Concho River at the northern end of Pugh River Park.
The South Concho River runs through Christoval, and approximately 0.75 miles of riverfront are part of this public park. The shoreline in this area is covered by large oak trees, and the trees have rope swings for visitors. Pugh River Park has visitors from across West Texas each weekend.
Pugh River Park is located on historic Toe Nail Trail connecting Ft. McKavett and Ft. Concho.
