Approx. 16km north of Campbell River, park your car at N50°08.294
W125°24.158. Wear good footwear and please pick your route
carefully as you approach the cache site. Please allow at least 3
hours for the hike in, hunt, and hike out (not so much if you are
in good shape). Allow more time to enjoy the view.
Pack a lunch as it is near a wonderful site for a picnic. Bring
binoculars if you have them. Terrain is listed as a 4 for the last
200m only. Most of the hike is a 2 & 3. Please be aware that
ticks are fairly common on this trail early in the season (April -
June) and you may want to have a good look for the little critters
when you finish your hike.
