Geocache Description:

NIce spot to bring the family, you might see some geese and ducks, but beware of the poisonous Green Tree Snakes known to inhabit the area.

Sampawams Creek is the tributary to Hawley Lake. Early settlers to Long Island established farms and mills along here.

Driving directions: enter 174 Lake Dr N, West Islip, NY into your GPS.

Lots of 'No Parking' signs in the area but you should be okay at corner where Lake Dr N ends and Essex begins.

Cache is a small camoed lock-n-lock. It is big enough for log sheet, pencil, sharpener, and few small trinkets.

FTF: TB is located in the container.
