This is a small wooded area (around here, that means ticks are a possibility) between Innovation Boulevard and the dirt access road that starts near the north end of Innovation Boulevard and continues past the Penn Stater parking lot (my recommended parking area).
On my way to place the cache I saw a pileated woodpecker!
I averaged the location for several minutes, so the coordinates should be good. The container is a big peanut butter jar covered in black duct tape. One tasty prize for FTF.
