Geocache Description:

A quick easy micro hidden in a prime location for anyone heading out of or coming into Powell River.

For anyone who's ever lived here, it doesn't matter how long you've been away from Powell River, as soon as the boat docks, all you can think of is how good it feels to be home!

I've wanted to place a micro here ever since this building was created for the 2010 Winter Olympics - this is our Spirit Square. While visiting or waiting for the ferry, this is a great little place to come and sit to enjoy the views, or as a resting spot for those that are touring around the newly-renovated Westview Harbour and Ferry Terminal. The cache contains a small log book and pencil, and just enough space for a small (nickle-sized) geocoin should someone want to try and cram one in.
