4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

This is the second in the series, the Cascades walk. Enjoy a short walk along the Cascades area in Mount Annan. This cache is well hidden. so bring your own pen. Please place back EXACTLY where you found it! FTF goes to Noodles22

The Cascades is a section of man made creeks and ponds in the Mount Annan area, designed to ad diversity to this chunk of suburbia. The Cascades is home to wild life, such as a selection of water birds, frogs, lizards and fish. Start your walk at the bottom of the Cascades at the 'feed the ducks' cache and head up the hill following the paths next to the creeks and streams and ponds. This area is also hugely popular in the evenings in the months of December and January, with some of the best Christmas light displays in the state all located along these streets. Many have won local and state awards. So if your out doing some hectic caching, stop and take a leisurely stroll along the cascades! This cache is a micro. Watch out for Muggles in this area as well. stealth will be required. Local birds will come up to you for a feed in this area.
