Geocaching for Beginners – with the Girl Guides!

Venez participer comme nos experts à l’atelier de Géocaching lors de la journée régionale multi-activité Festi-Guides du mouvement Guides du Canada, qui aura lieu au Parc Michel-Chartrand à Longueuil, dimanche le 5 mai
 

Pour indiquer/”log”guer votre présence, il faut signer le carnet entre 13h et 13h30 au PZ
Jasette et échange de géo-voyageurs est a la discrétion des participants.

Vous êtes invites ensuite à passer une petite heure (facultatif) à partager votre expertise et passion pour le géocaching avec nos jeunes membres et leurs familles.

Il y aura quelques nouvelles caches qui s’ouvriront pour l’occasion, ainsi que les multiples caches intéressantes déjà établies dans ce magnifique parc.

Festi-Guides est ouvert au grand publique, et  vous propose les activités telle que la science pour les jeunes, zumba, gestes environnementaux, des habilites de camping et autres qui reflètent la panoplie des intérêts des Guides d’aujourd’hui. 

Les ateliers en général se dérouleront entre 10 h et 15h le long des sentiers centraux au parc.
 

Come join in the Girl Guide multiactivity event, Festi-Guides, on Sunday May 5 at parc regional Michel-Chartrand in Longueuil. Be the experienced cachers who show the girls at the Geocaching Workshop how it is done!

In order to log this event as attended, you must sign the logbook between 1pm and 1:30 pm at the event coordinates site

A geocachers' social is bound to occur, and exchanges of travel bugs are at the discretion of the attendees.

You are invited (and this is an option at your discretion and not a logging requirement) to stay on for a time to share your expertise and passion for geocaching with the Guides and their families on site.

A few new caches will open for the event, and there are already so many imaginative caches that live in this wonderful park.

For those who are interested, Festi-Guides is open to the public, and offers activities including Hands-on Science for kids, zumba, a pledge for the environment, and camping skills, along with other workshops reflecting the diverse interests of today’s Girl Guide programs.

These workshops will take place along the central pathways of the park between 10 am and 3 pm
