This cache is hidden near one of my favorite restaurants and can be accessed 24/7 as the establishment is open until 6am on most nights.
You do not need to go into any landscaping, and you really do not need a flashlight (if hunting at night.) Since this is in a very muggle rich area, please use your geosense while hunting and don't make this too hard. Cache can be reached while standing on solid ground. Don't forget to BYOP!
Parking for the restaurant can be found behind the building in a deck that is free for customers. If you're in a bind for parking, this may work for you!
