There are lots of great caches in this state park but many require a long hike. We thought it would be fun to place a couple of park and grabs in the area for some quick smilies.
There was once a house at this location that park rangers lived in. About 15 years ago the maintenance issues for the house became so involved that the park service decided it needed a little TLC - Torch it, Level it and Cart it away (yes... that's a Red Green reference for you Canadian PBS fans). The local fire department burned it down for training purposes. Now this spot is a parking area for the hiking trails and hunters.
Please search for this cache only during daylight hours.
Cache is hidden with permission from Cunningham Falls State Park and the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.
