We want to welcome you to the small ghost town of Duran! When you find this cache, take time to read the description inside. It will tell you some interesting details of the town as well as some history. You won't need a lot of time in this little ghost town because it's pretty small, but you will surely enjoy it. The cache is protected, but not meant to be difficult to find. Please replace it like you found it because the wind blows alot in this area! Feel free to park in the big lot off of the main highway.

This is Duran's first cache. Depending on the response we receive, we plan to hide others around here so that enthusiasts can log 5-10 caches in this small town. We may be small, but we have a lot to offer here. There are stories we would love to share with the Geocaching community.
