This winter friendly cache is a magneic container w/ Log so BYOP. It can be found guarding the 174 km mark along HYWY 103 and if you look carefully, it should be a quick P & G. . Coordinates are off a bit due to the High Voltage. There is no need to go near the yellow HIGH VOLTAGE cabinet. Stealth may be required.
